Horizon 99 has a small range of colours that match the Horizon 95 range. Horizon 99 is a tighter weave fabric that will give some vision and block 99% of rain and wind. Horizon 99 is a real option for clear PVC. This selection of see-through fabrics for outdoor blinds and awnings awnings comes 3m wide to ensure minimal or no joins.
