Hello Kate and Sam

 

As you know, we’ve had endless delays and mistakes on this build and we’re very disappointed with the house and with GJ’s.

 

We are so pleased the screens, blinds and shutters look fabulous and really make the house look more like a home already.  We won’t be moving in for another week, so it’s the first step.

 

We would like to say a huge thanks to firstly Oscar, then yourselves, and your crew today – Michael, Barry, Harley and Craig (hope I’ve got that right).  If everyone else who worked on the house behaved as professionally as your staff, and were as helpful and patient as you’ve been, we would be much happier with the whole process.

 

When your guys arrived today, they were the complete opposite to virtually every other trade we’ve had on site.  They arrived on time, in clean and organised vehicles, they were neatly dressed and very polite.  They didn’t play loud music, or waste time mucking around or using their phones.  Then they cleaned up any mess, and completed the job on the same day.  This should be the norm, but sadly it hasn’t been our experience.

 

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with you and we wish you all the very best.
